If you reside in Toronto, a pick up can be arranged. Overseas buyers (outside of USA and Canada) can expect the package to arrive in 6-8 weeks.

The item is wonderful. Communication with the seller was THE WORST. The item arrived in pieces -- not broken -- but in pieces and it can easily be put together again. However, if the seller had packed it even just a little better, this would not have happened.

I love the item -- or I will as soon as I get it repaired. The item isn't the problem. The item arrived in three pieces, which could have been avoided if the seller had packed it better. I contacted the seller, who said that he offered to 'break it down' for me -- I don't have an e-mail from him where he says that. I was informed, pre-shipping, by the seller that the top eagle would be separate and would need to be reinstalled. I just wasn't prepared for three pieces, which, as I said, could have been avoided if the item had been packed better. The worst thing is that communication with seller has been a nightmare from start to finish. However, this is the first time I've ever had a problem with an Etsy seller.
