You are looking at pair of Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) molds.
These are two top halves of two part natural rubber (vulcanized) molds. Molds like this are used in centrifugal casting machines to cast white metal (pewter, zinc, etc.)
They look like toys or models for decorative items. The bottom halves are missing.
They would look fantastic framed on your wall!

Price includes tracking in Canada and USA. Items purchased from the USA are shipped from Niagara Falls, New York with USPS. Items bought in Canada are shipped from Toronto, Ontario with Canada Post.
If you reside in Toronto, a pick up can be arranged. Overseas buyers (outside of USA and Canada) can expect the package to arrive in 6-8 weeks.
