This beautifully austere Porcelain nude figurine from Rosethal (Ernest Wenck) depicts a nude young female crouching down to drink water from her cupped hands. It has a strikingly impressive simplicity so characteristic of the Art Deco period, and is hand painted in a glossy finish.
The bottom is stamped with Rosenthals crest. This porcelain is in beautifully pristine condition.
I believe this piece has been reglazed, and is signed "Therese Chabot, 1959".
Excellent. No chips or cracks. See photos for condition.
